The original Kirk & Nice funeral home opened over 200 years ago, in a bygone era of colonial spirit and American values. Relocating to the grounds of George Washington Memorial Park in 1999, Kirk & Nice, Inc. continues that tradition as it now proudly serves Pennsylvania's Plymouth Meeting area. With a reputation for the caring respect shown to families, our commitment to excellence is continually demonstrated through personalized services and attention to detail.

Of the many arrangements made after losing a loved one, the first is the selection of a funeral home. Our staff can help create a beautiful tribute and provide guidance and suggestions on the many decisions made when planning a funeral, cremation, memorial, celebration of life, and/or burial service.

We take pride in meeting the specific, and sometimes unique, needs of each and every family. Please use our website to learn about the funeral, cremation and permanent memorialization services we offer, as well as our pre-planning and grief support resources. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at anytime. We are here to help you!

Annual Dove Tree Memorial Service

Kirk & Nice Funeral Home and George Washington Memorial Park will join together at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014 to honor the families they served over the past year. This special memorial service will be held in the Heritage Chapel and will feature beautiful music and a tribute to those departed loved ones.

After the service, families are encouraged to personalize the dove ornaments in memory of their loved one and place it on the Memorial Tree in the funeral home lobby. At that time, a lovely poinsettia plant will be presented to each family. Light refreshments will be served.

The Memorial Tree will be available in the lobby of Kirk & Nice Funeral Home beginning Dec. 1 until Dec. 30. We invite you to visit and personalize your dove ornament between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

As in years past, Kirk & Nice is a Toys for Tots drop-off location.  All new, unwrapped toys donated here will be distributed by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve to provide Christmas gifts for less fortunate children in our community.
